Venue: Club Rebound during Open House (Meet in Hengler’s Circus on Sauchiehall St Glasgow  for 1345 if you do not know where you are going)

Time: 2pm to 6pm


Cost: £3 to venue – voluntary donation to STORE

Description: Educational session on the anatomy, neurology and physiology of the limbs of the human body and how this is important in rope.  Some practical tips on how to prevent nerve injuries and treatment of them should they happen will be covered. It is unlikely we will need the full 4 hours for this session, so bring rope for informal practice afterwards.

Facilitators for this session: Medical professionals and specialists in sports physiology.

Required knowledge/equipment: Nil
